When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than December 15th, 2025.
What time should I arrive?
We suggest arriving 30 minutes early to find seating and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.
What should I wear?
The suggested attire is semi-formal! February in Healdsburg can get chilly, so bring something to keep you warm! Our ceremony will be outdoors, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing all indoors. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable and joyful!
Will transportation or parking be provided?
The Appellation Hotel offers valet. We want getting here to be as easy as possible, so let us know if you need guidance!
Can I bring a guest?
Please see your invitation as the number of guests included is listed there. We love that you’re joining us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone we love!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you enjoy the moment with us without taking photos during the ceremony. Our amazing photographer and videographer will capture every memory, and we can’t wait to share the beautiful moments with you afterward!
Are children welcome?
We love your little ones, but this will be an adult-only celebration to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the day. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have questions about childcare, we are happy to help coordinate. Thank you for understanding!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know when RSVP’ing, so we can make sure there are delicious options for everyone. Your comfort and enjoyment mean the world to us!
